Welcome to The H.E.A.L. Program. I believe that healing goes beyond simply eradicating disease (dis-ease); it is about nurturing the entire person. In the pursuit of true wellness, balancing your physical, mental, and social and spiritual wellbeing is essential. 

You may be experiencing confusing chronic symptoms, past trauma, or even cancer. Or perhaps you would like to live a more embodied and aligned life, with a calm and regulated nervous system, and strengthen your resilience.

You’re not alone. We all have been gifted with significant advancements in medical treatments, but, with them, so many of us continue to face often daily challenges of un-ease or dis-ease. That is why I am committed to redefining our approach to health.

Beyond my professional roles, my ultimate purpose is to serve as a Modern Medicine Woman, committed to holistic healing and caring deeply about something greater than myself. 

My journey, marked by both the gifts and challenges of my upbringing, has led me to understand the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit in health. An unexpected diagnosis of ulcerative colitis became a turning point in my life, driving me to reconnect with myself and heal from within.

Today, I integrate my extensive medical and scientific knowledge with deep compassionate care to guide people like you in overcoming blocks to health so you can fully thrive. Through my personal and professional experiences, I have come to view healing as not just a duty, but a privileged calling, one that I am deeply honored to share with you.

The Framework Behind the Work

H.E.A.L. Sessions integrate these core modalities:

Neurosomatic Intelligence (NSI)

A science-based framework that teaches the nervous system to feel safe again, regulate, and heal. By understanding how sensory and cognitive inputs shape physical and emotional states, NSI helps rewire maladaptive patterns, such as chronic stress, trauma responses, or persistent pain, into balanced, functional circuits. This approach enhances self-regulation, focus, and resilience, allowing the body to move from survival into restoration.

Whole Health Medicine Institute Method (WHMI) 

This evidence-based model integrates modern medicine with consciousness-based healing and mind–body science. The WHMI method helps uncover the emotional, relational, and environmental contributors to illness, empowering patients to reconnect with their innate capacity for healing while staying aligned with medical care. It is a both/and model, clinical and compassionate, structured and intuitive.

Neurocircuitry Symptom Reprocessing (NSR)

An advanced neuroplasticity-based process designed to reprogram the brain’s association with symptoms such as pain, fatigue, or anxiety. NSR teaches the nervous system that it is safe to release maladaptive feedback loops, replacing conditioned threat responses with patterns of safety, calm authenticity and re-empowerment.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) 

A compassionate, evidence-based treatment modality that helps individuals access their core Self and understand the inner parts that shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. IFS recognizes that we are made up of many “parts,” each carrying protective or wounded roles. Through awareness, acceptance, and integration, clients learn to heal inner conflict, cultivate self-leadership, and restore internal harmony, an essential step in nervous system regulation and whole-person healing.

Cranial Nerve Integration 

Simple yet powerful exercises that restore communication between the brain and body. These help repair and rewire sympathetic and parasympathetic circuits, improving clarity, focus, and emotional balance.

Polyvagal-Informed Co-Regulation

Rooted in Polyvagal Theory, these interactive processes teach the nervous system to feel safe, using human connection and attunement as medicine. This approach restores a sense of safety and presence, helping the body shift from defense to connection.

Somatic Experiencing

A body-centered approach that helps complete the natural cycles of stress and trauma, releasing what no longer serves and allowing balanced energy to flow. It supports the integration of past experiences, bringing the body back into regulation and vitality.

Communication Style for Self and in Relationships

Using IMAGO, Nonviolent Communication, and Compassionate Inquiry, clients build awareness of how they communicate under stress: how they speak, listen, react, defend, or withdraw. These approaches help shift from protective, automatic patterns into more conscious and compassionate expression. As clients learn to name their needs, regulate emotional reactivity, and listen for the feelings and nervous system states beneath the words, communication becomes an act of presence rather than protection. Over time, this deepens connection with self and others, creating greater alignment between inner experience and outer expression.

Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT)

A neuroplasticity-informed process that identifies and transforms limiting belief systems shaping perception, behavior, and physiology. By working with the nervous system’s learned patterns, AIT reveals how beliefs formed through experience, trauma, or stress become embodied responses. Through guided regulation and re-patterning, these beliefs are updated, creating greater alignment between mind and body and supporting emotional flexibility, self-leadership, and sustainable performance without burnout.

Dis-ease state is not a permanence, it is not an identity, nor is it a victimhood.

  • This is highly individualized, but generally speaking, if you prefer to work with practitioners and healers one-on-one, you will probably prefer Individual H.E.A.L. Sessions. These sessions are personalized for you each time according to your needs, body, and healing intentions and represent the ultimate in personalization. However, many clients do enjoy Group H.E.A.L. Sessions as they are a place to awaken to our purpose and become unapologetic about our own truth in front of like-minded witnesses who will support us in our journey. Please schedule a discovery call below to discuss your particular circumstances.

  • You will likely need at least 6 H.E.A.L. Sessions over the course of 3 months, but for best results, I recommend 12 Sessions over the course of 6 months. In some chronic or difficult cases, more sessions may be recommended.
