This approach is dedicated to enhancing self-awareness, increasing self-esteem, releasing past traumas and psychological blocks and reducing physical symptoms of dis-ease or ailments. This model centers around integrative healing and a biosomatic approach, which implements flexibly structured questions, and expansive experiential interventions of working with the mind, body and soul through movement, word, breath, silence and much more. The aim is to promote inner empowerment for healing, as well as a clear, realistic, and positive attitude in order to learn and implement new, personalized skills for an effective, productive, and functional life.
